Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

Siple Ops LLC ("Siple Ops", "we", "us") is a Minnesota limited liability company that provides CRM audits and management for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through sipleops.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a free audit, tell us about a project, or ask for the CRM Roadmap, we collect what you enter in the form. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, website, the services you are interested in, how many leads you get, and your answers about your business and your CRM. The CRM Roadmap form is asked in steps. From the email step on, your answers are saved each time you continue to the next step, so that we can contact you about your request. This means we may have part of a request you did not finish. When you book a call, we collect the time you choose and any answers you give while booking.

We also collect basic usage information, such as pages viewed and the device and browser used, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your audit request, call you, and schedule and hold calls with you.
  • To perform the audit and send you the findings.
  • To email you the CRM Roadmap if you asked for it, and to follow up about it.
  • To send you messages about your request by text and email.
  • To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system.

Text messaging

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Siple Ops LLC about your request. These include:

  • An automated confirmation after you submit the form, which may ask whether there is anything you would like to add.
  • Two-way conversation with Dylan at Siple Ops about your request.
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.

The form has a second, separate box for marketing text messages, such as offers and updates from Siple Ops LLC. We only send those if you check that box. Either box can be left unchecked and you can still request an audit.

Some of these messages are sent automatically. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to learn whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to audit requests. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and may collect information about your visit. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser. Videos on the site are shown through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set its own cookies when you play one. The site also saves your light or dark mode choice in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM, scheduling, email and messaging providers, and when required by law.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
